Relational at Women On Top & inc•lude Conference

Last week, we had the privilege of sponsoring and attending the Women On Top & inc•lude Conference, a powerful two-day event dedicated to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. Held at the Technopolis – City of Athens, the event brought together inspiring professionals to discuss how we can collectively create a more inclusive and diverse work environment.

Throughout the conference, we participated in thought-provoking discussions and meaningful networking, all centered around fostering workplace inclusivity and driving professional growth.

On the second day of the event, January 25, we took part in the WoT Career Fair, where we had the opportunity to meet incredible professionals and aspiring talent eager to take the next step in their careers. Our Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, Stefania Briasouli, led one-to-one interviews with job seekers, while our Marketing Director, Sonia Chimona, engaged with attendees in the Career Clinics, Ask a Mentor Walkaround session, offering guidance and career insights. Reflecting on the experience, Sonia shared:

“Bringing women together to exchange ideas and provide tangible support to each other is a great cause on its own. Sharing those stories creates a sense of unity and togetherness, and that alone can fill up with hope and strength those women who struggle, thinking they are alone. And that makes all the difference! Thank you WoT and inc•lude!”

Supporting such initiatives is a key part of our mission, and we look forward to continuing to drive positive change in the industry.  The energy, passion and exchange of ideas were truly inspiring, reinforcing our commitment for creating equal opportunities for all.
