Project overview
TRUSTS, the Trusted Secure Data Sharing Space project, operated from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2022, culminating in a successful completion. Collaborating with partners from Germany, Austria, Romania, Greece, Israel, Cyprus, Spain, and Ireland, TRUSTS aimed to revolutionize the data market by restoring trust in secure and privacy-conscious platforms. In response to declining trust, the project developed an innovative platform and delved into the ethical dimensions of data exchange, ultimately fostering an environment conducive to open data resources.
Our role
We played a focal role in Exploitation Management within the TRUSTS project, strategically focusing on maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction. By spearheading the software development of the TRUSTS core platform and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as web, mobile, cloud, and wireless networks, we ensured the delivery of a robust and customer-centric solution. By leveraging our expertise in security, transport, and logistics, we not only contributed to groundbreaking research and innovation but also enhanced our own offerings, including the AroTRON Collection & Recoveries system. Furthermore, we developed a forward-looking business plan to capitalize on TRUSTS services, laying the foundation for sustainable profitability post-project.
Outcome and added value
The key achievement of the TRUSTS project was the creation of a revolutionary offering in debt collections – a fully automated debt collections resolution center powered by the TRUSTS Platform. By harnessing advanced analytics, AI capabilities, and integrated bots, this solution empowered creditors to streamline debt resolution processes, thereby driving profitability and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our proactive approach to product advancement and our leadership in enhancing customer interactions further solidified our value proposition within the TRUSTS project. As a result, we not only contributed to project success but also positioned ourselves as a leader in delivering customer-centric solutions in the data market.
