ATHENS, March 8, 2001 — Relational designed, supplied and implemented a data management and reporting system for the Commercial Bank of Greece to improve customer service at the bank.
The system administers information from various production systems, and configures it to ensure it can be managed by the reporting system. Each authorized user is able to create ad-hoc searches by using the system to configure a particular target group, communicate with the customer database and record the results of the research.
The bank’s staff members therefore benefit from a user-friendly and flexible environment for ad-hoc analysis and reporting with “holistic presentation and customer knowledge” abilities. A further goal of the system is the increase of cross-selling and up-selling opportunities of the entire banking products spectrum, consistent with the purchasing patterns of the customers.
