Milestones

1995

Relational was founded in Greece.

We, at Relational, starting as a promising venture, focused on providing technological solutions in the financial sector.

1996

Distributor of 3^rd party international products.

In our second year, we began operating as a distributor of third-party international products, establishing our role in connecting global technologies with local markets.

2000

1^st Relational product: i-Apply.

The introduction of i-Apply marked our entry into proprietary product development, laying the foundation for future innovations tailored to financial institutions' needs.

2003-2004

i-Apply installation in a major banking group.

With the successful deployment of i-Apply in a major banking group, we expanded our influence across Southeastern Europe (7 countries), encompassing seven countries and solidifying our regional presence.

2007

i-Apply installation in 2^nd major banking group.

Extending our technological solutions, we implemented i-Apply in a second major banking group across four countries, showcasing our capability to scale and deliver consistent value.

2013

i-Apply installation in 3^rd major banking group. 1^st customer in East Africa.

Further strengthening our foothold in international markets, we expanded i-Apply into a third major banking group spanning four countries and secured our first client in East Africa, marking our initial foray into the African continent.

2017

AroTRON installation 1^st NPL Servicer.

The introduction of AroTRON as the first NPL servicer in five countries diversified our product line and addressed critical needs in financial asset management. This innovation showcased our capacity to develop specialized solutions that meet evolving market demands.

2018

AroTRON growth.

Addition of 2 major pan-European NPL Servicer clients.
Installation of AroTRON across 11 countries.
Installation of AroTRON in 3 major banks.

2022

Clientele in 34 countries.

Expanding our clientele to 34 countries featured our extensive global reach and customer trust. This milestone reflected our ability to adapt our solutions to diverse regulatory environments and operational landscapes, solidifying our position as a preferred technology partner worldwide.

2023

Relational East Africa.

Relational East Africa, exclusive PROFITS® Reseller.
The acquisition of Netcompany-Intrasoft East Africa and becoming the exclusive PROFITS® reseller in the region marked a strategic move to strengthen our presence in East Africa. This acquisition expanded our market share and enhanced our service capabilities, positioning us for continued growth and success in the region.

2024

New office in the Netherlands.

We expand our presence in Western Europe by opening our new office in the Netherlands.
